Please note that with anodized knives, the engraving is not the deep engraved style of our stainless, titanium and other  knives where the surface is refinished by hand.  The engraving process for aluminum is better described “marking” or the removal of the anodized coating which reveals the aluminum underneath and creates a detailed, artistic pattern on the surface.
