Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds

Refunds are available for standard inventory items only. Custom and Personalized items may not be returned.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 business days (M-F) from the date of product delivery. The items must be returned unused, in new condition with the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and it is strongly adviced that you insure the item for the full, original cost of the item. Refunds will not be issued for lost items.

Please contact us for a return authorization number and return address.

Products not received in new condition do not qualify for a full refund. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued and is evaluated on a case by case basis. Generally, used items will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

Refund Processing

Once the item is received and inspected, we will contact you via e-mail to inform you of the return status.

Refunds are generally processed through with the same method used to purchase (Paypal, Square, etc.).

Please allow 5 full business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

In the exceptionally rare case that a defect made it past our QA inspection, you may return the item for a replacement of the same item. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return address for all exchanges.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
